Indirect Procurement Analyst Manufacturing
Job Description: We are seeking an Indirect Procurement Analyst responsible for managing the sourcing of goods and services critical to the continuous operation of the business. This role involves cross-functional interaction with various internal departments, direct negotiation with suppliers, and a proactive focus on cost optimization and compliance within a demanding industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Procurement Management: Lead bidding processes, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and tracking, ensuring timely supply in compliance with corporate procedures and policies.
Supplier Relations & Negotiation: Develop negotiation strategies for indirect goods and services aimed at cost optimization, improving commercial terms, and evaluating vendor performance.
Operational Continuity: Coordinate with user departments, logistics, finance, and quality assurance to address requirements, prioritize critical purchases, and resolve operational deviations.
Control & Compliance: Operate ERP management systems, monitor key performance indicators (including energy performance where applicable), and ensure adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and energy standards.
Requirements:
Education: Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in procurement or supply chain roles, ideally focused on indirect purchasing within the industrial sector.
Systems & Tools: Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Office and experience operating ERP systems (SAP preferred).
