At Culligan, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead operational and cultural transformation across Chile and Paraguay.

Role Purpose
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and delivering direct impact on productivity, costs, customer experience, and business results.
You will play a key role in deploying and executing the Culligan Business System (CBS) and Strategy Deployment (SDP) within the country, ensuring disciplined execution, alignment with LATAM Hub, and sustained adoption of standard routines, KPIs, and improvement methodologies.
You will act as a local change agent, working in a regional Hub & Spoke model, closely aligned with local leadership needs and sharing best practices with other LATAM specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean / Six Sigma projects with measurable impact (ROI, EBITDA, efficiency), aligned with Chile and Paraguay business priorities and strategy deployment.
Redesign key processes across Commercial, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, IT, and HR using CBS standards.
Build, implement, and sustain KPI and dashboard systems (leading and lagging indicators) to close the performance management loop.
Drive cost optimization initiatives (routes, inventory, productivity, SG&A).
Enhance customer experience through structured improvements (NPS, service quality, complaint reduction).
Support the deployment of CBS routines, visual management, structured problem solving, and Kaizen initiatives.
Lead cultural change through coaching, training, and capability-building programs in continuous improvement.
Align strategic initiatives with the Chile and Paraguay Executive Leadership Team, ensuring governance, prioritization, and benefits realization.
Identify, adapt, and share regional best practices in collaboration with the LATAM CI specialists.
What Were Looking For
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Lean / Six Sigma certification (required).
5+ years of professional experience.
3+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives with proven business results.
Advanced English (executive communication and presentations).
Strong results orientation, business acumen, and customer focus.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional influencing skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, regionallocal environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in both operations and commercial environments.
Experience deploying structured business systems (e.g., CBS, DBS, TPS or similar).
Experience leading transformation and growth initiatives.
Practical knowledge of multiple continuous improvement methodologies.
