EHS Manager
At Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, we are looking for an EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives within critical Data Center operations.
The role will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards, and supporting operational excellence across all sites within scope. This position plays a key role in identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and overseeing contractor performance in high-demand, mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a strong EHS culture across employees and contractors within critical facilities.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal and international standards (ISO, OHSAS, Uptime).
Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive and control measures.
Manage and audit contractor performance in EHS matters.
Lead EHS programs, initiatives, and compliance audits.
Oversee on-site activities, including inspections, risk assessments (JSA), and work permits.
Conduct incident investigations and monitor safety performance indicators.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies and occupational safety institutions (ACHS, IST, Mutual).
Key Requirements
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center environments.
Proven experience in safety compliance within critical facilities (ISO, OHSAS, Uptime standards).
Experience with Chilean regulations (MINSAL protocols, DS 44).
Experience managing contractors and auditing operations in critical environments.
Advanced English (C1 or higher).
Availability for 100% on-site work in San Bernardo and across sites within the Metropolitan Region.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Data Centers, strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards, and the ability to lead initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement actions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
