Must have Dental Implant Sales Experience

Valid passport and U.S. visa
Proficient English and Spanish verbal communication skills, including professional telephone manner.
Strong persuasive communication skills.
Bachelor?s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field of study.Minimum ten (10) years of experience in sales/marketing; preferably in dental or medical device field. Experience performing ROI analysis, risk analysis, and forecasting. Experience negotiating international sales and distribution agreements and contracts. Excell and Presentation Skills.
Functions: Identifies and actively pursues new distribution opportunities for Glidewell Direct in global markets.
Develops strategic plans, timelines, and budgets for entering specific country markets.
Determines external factors that may impact entry into a specific country or market by utilizing market research to understand competition, market movements, and competitive pricing levels.
Recommends feasibility of market entry based on analyses such as Return-On-Investment (ROI), risk analysis, and sales forecast.Presents Cost Entry Analysis reports.
Creates distribution forecasts, schedules, and projected timelines for various distribution channels.
Develops and negotiates distribution contracts including sales targets and pricing.
Creates and defines strategies and goals for each distributor to extend existing market segments and identify new markets.
Ensures international distribution contracts comply with all applicable international and domestic laws and regulations, including those pertinent to product literature.
Develops and maintains relations within distribution network to influence acceptance and use of company?s products.
Partners with Prismatik Production Departments to ensure a robust pipeline as well as consistent delivery of manufactured parts.
Confirms that all manufacturing costs and agreements are accurate and cost efficient to ensure all company sales are profitable.
Serves as primary contact for all distributors and provides expertise and customer service to distribution partners.
Serves as company representative at sales and trade meetings.
Protects Company proprietary information and upholds confidentiality.
Coordinates and executes country specific plans in conjunction with Lab Operations team.
Collaborates with product management team, marketing.
Coordinates and executes country specific plans with Lab Operations in count with a Glidewell Laboratory Facility.
