Great River New Energy is a clean energy service provider based in Santiago, with business spanning across Chile and US. Established in 2023, we specialize in delivering one-stop, full life-cycle energy solutions to clients around the world. As we continue to experience rapid growth and an increasing volume of client orders, we are seeking a Site Manager to support our expanding operations and help drive our next stage of development.

What You Will Do:
1) Lead on-site electrical project execution, oversee field teams and establish efficient daily workflows tailored to the project to satisfy the requirements of clients.
2) Assist to handle internal day-to-day team management, including scheduling, performance tracking, employee support, onboard and mentor new technicians and foster a productive and inclusive working environment.
3) Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair energy storage systems (ESS) and related electrical equipment. You will travel across the country and even other countries and work on different project sites.
4) Conduct cold and hot commissioning, perform battery services for ESS and EV systems, ensure proper system functionality and make detailed and explicit reports/records/docs for each service.
5) Communicate professionally with clients to understand their concerns, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Update clients and internal teams on project status, progress, and issues.
6) Collect and analyze recurring technical issues and convert them into standard operating procedures (SOPs) for continuous improvement.
7) Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering and management teams in both China and Chile.
8) Ensure all work complies with applicable health, safety, and fire prevention regulations and internal safety policies.

What We Need:
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is a must, Spanish is preferred.
Bachelor?s degree in engineering, preferred electrical engineering, power systems, mechatronics.
>5 years of experience in electrical systems, renewable energy, or industrial maintenance.
Hands-on experience with low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, battery management systems (BMS), and power conversion systems (PCS).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and team-management skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
Comfortable to communicate, collaborate and manage people from diverse backgrounds.
Willingness to travel frequently and work at multiple project sites.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience of international project and team management.
Able to manage subcontractors and third-party service providers.
