Your Role
We are hiring for our inside sales team (appointment setting) and are looking for a remote position. The goal of this position is to reach out to medical practices, reach a champion or decision maker, and sell them on the idea of a consultation. This person should be highly self-motivated, resilient, a good communicator, organized and diligent with their time, a GREAT listener, and bilingual (English & Spanish).

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Spanish)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Some sales experience is a plus (if not, we have a robust training module and hands-on learning opportunities).
- Some experience with client-facing communication
- Preferred availability during commercial days and hours in the United States
- High-quality wifi connection
- A desire to learn

What We Expect
- Reaching out to target prospects via email and phone
- Responding to inbound emails and phone calls
- Scheduling interested prospects for a meeting with an outside sales representative
- Improving your skills to increase conversion rates
- Helping to close qualified leads
- Providing key feedback on consumer behavior and correct points of contact
- Maintaining a book of business
- Following up with interested parties
- Staying in touch with and on top of cold-warm prospects to generate further interest

Working Hours
Flexible up to 40 hours a week. No less than an average of 30 hours per week.
We ask our team members to be available for U.S. working hours: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM.

What You Can Expect During the First 3 Months:
- You?ll learn everything about White Coat Web
- You?ll work directly with your team lead and other department heads to learn how we help our clients and our team claim ownership of their dreams.
- You will receive full training on inside sales, best practices, and how to get to yes
- You?ll become intimately familiar with our tech stack: Salesforce, OpenPhone, Hubstaff, and the Google Suite.
- You?ll make your first outbound calls and hopefully set your first meeting
- You?ll start to become an expert in the role. You?ll be intimately familiar with the product, the team, the culture, and the pitch
- You?ll start making the role your own by learning what works for you and how to help others succeed

Day 90 and onward:
- You?ll be an expert on bilingual digital marketing
- You?ll begin taking what you?ve learned and sharing it with the broader team
- You should be generating consistent prospect engagements and regularly getting to Yes!
- You?ll begin providing feedback to the leadership team on best practices and how we can improve our team
- You should be a leader at the company. The team will start coming to you for feedback and help.
