Equipment Maintenance Lead

An important construction company is seeking a Maintenance and Equipment Manager. We are looking for a senior-level professional with solid experience leading maintenance processes and operational management, focused on control, planning, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Manage KPIs, reporting, and compliance control of maintenance plans.
Lead logistics processes related to equipment availability, spare parts, and operational continuity.
Manage budgets, costs, and overall management control for the area.
Coordinate technical teams and external suppliers.
Prepare executive reports and presentations for management and/or headquarters.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Position Requirements:

Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
Senior-level experience in machinery and equipment maintenance within construction, mining, or industrial companies.
Experience in operational management, planning, and control.
Strong knowledge of reporting, KPI management, and data analysis.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience working with ERP and maintenance management systems is highly desirable.
