Finance manager

A leading international company is looking for a Finance Manager, based in Santiago, to lead the financial strategy of a regional operation within Latin America.
This role acts as a key strategic business partner, driving decision-making, supporting business execution, and leading the transformation of the finance function towards a more agile, data-driven, and performance-oriented model.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic business partner to commercial and operational teams.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with local and international standards.
Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and business performance.
Drive finance transformation, process improvements, and digital initiatives.
Support commercial strategy through pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Participate in strategic projects and M&A integration efforts. Profile
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
+8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A, Finance Head, or similar).
Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
Proven track record in finance transformation and organizational change.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
Experience with ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI), and financial planning systems.
Fluent English required.
