Receptionist Cashier

We are in search of Receptionist Cashier to work in medical center, located in Calama, Antofagasta Region.

Functions:
Responsible for granting expeditious administrative care prior to the taking of examinations, making reservations of hours and/or appointment changes, checking medical order, making a budget for care and delivering alternatives to places, prices and hours.
- Orientating the patient according to clinical standards of care defined for each benefit: indications, preaching medication, risk detection, etc.
- Cutely reception the client and enter him to the established computer system, verifying with identity card his identification, requesting medical order and creating entry into the computer system, generating a care order and detecting risks if appropriate.
- Carry out bond and hospitality, extension of medical programs, verifying that the documentation corresponds to the benefits and is well extended.
- Rece bonds issued by health institutions in agreement verifying their correct issuance and quadrature of securities.
- Deliver test results, verifying the identification of the images, the report, the envelope and recording their delivery in RIS system.
- Address and guide clients by providing solutions to the administrative difficulties that arise (quotas, medical orders, payment documents, or others) and collaborate with other professionals of the Service in the coordination of comprehensive solutions to clients.
- To effect the surrender of values: manual and computational square of boxes, making deposits of payments received, daily cash flow report.
- Easily handle patient database, with up-to-date information records and agreements.
- To perform other related functions designated by your headquarters.
