Are you ready to take your financial expertise to a regional level?
We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controlling Specialist to join Bosch Chile and become a key business partner for our Latin American operations.
In this position, you will report directly to the Division Director in Chile and provide financial and business controlling support across Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia, contributing to the financial management and performance of our regional operations.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role. You will not have direct reports, but you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams across different countries, providing financial insights, challenging business assumptions, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Your main responsibilities
Lead and coordinate financial and business controlling activities across Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia.
Prepare and consolidate regional management reports, forecasts, budgets, business plans, and performance analyses.
Monitor key financial indicators such as sales, margins, profitability, EBIT, cash flow, working capital, and business performance.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for regional management and international stakeholders in Germany.
Analyze financial risks, opportunities, deviations, and improvement initiatives to support profitable growth.
Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Project Management, and Finance teams.
Monitor and analyze supply chain and logistics costs, including procurement, freight, customs, warehousing, and local distribution.
Ensure visibility and control of inventory levels, inventory turnover, obsolescence risks, landed costs, and working capital efficiency.
Support profitability analysis for projects, services, equipment, spare parts, and other business activities.
Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, internal controls, governance standards, and regional processes.
Identify process deviations and opportunities to improve financial and operational efficiency.
Act as a financial business partner, providing fact-based recommendations and challenging business assumptions when necessary.
Travel periodically throughout the region, with approximately one visit per year to each country within the scope of the position.
What we are looking for
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or similar roles.
Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Previous exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and Inventory Controlling.
Experience working with corporate processes, guidelines, governance, and internal controls.
Previous experience working in a multinational or regional environment, interacting with teams or stakeholders from different countries.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, capital equipment, or project-driven businesses is highly valued.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP FI/CO. Power BI or similar business intelligence tools are a plus.
Availability for international travel within Latin America.
Languages
Fluent English is mandatory. You will use English regularly to communicate, prepare reports, and deliver presentations to international stakeholders, including teams in Germany.
Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
Portuguese is a plus.
