A global leader in consultancy and project management is looking to add a Regional Reward Specialist to its HR team. This role is key to implementing global reward policies at the regional level while providing strategic support to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Implement global reward policies, processes, and procedures at the regional level.
Provide expert guidance and support in the rollout of global reward standards and programs.
Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits, offering technical support to HR teams and business units.
Lead and coordinate regional reward initiatives, including compensation structure, salary reviews, incentives/bonuses, and benefit programs.
Adapt global programs to local/regional requirements, ensuring both compliance and alignment with business needs.
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement of reward processes.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar HR roles.
At least 2 years of experience participating in projects as an active member.
Demonstrated experience working in intercultural or international teams.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
