We are looking for a Services Area Supervisor! Join a multinational shipping company based in Las Condes.
Role Purpose:
Lead and coordinate the operations of service area teams, ensuring efficiency in administrative management and internal support, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Location: Las Condes, Santiago
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise administrative and business support processes for both internal and external clients.
Analyze and resolve complex operational situations.
Lead the services team, promoting best practices and goal achievement.
Coordinate with various internal departments.
Support process improvements and use of digital tools.
Oversee and manage the activities of the Customer Care Agent team within the ONE Service platform.
Ensure compliance with the KPIs defined for LATAM.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related field.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (interviews will be conducted in English).
Experience: Minimum 3 years leading administrative or support teams.
Knowledge: Proficiency in digital tools (Google Workspace, Salesforce).
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic analysis skills.
