Bilingual Customer Service Representative English and Spanish Remote
We are looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support U.S.-based clients and candidates. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, recruitment experience, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist English and Spanish speaking clients and candidates via phone, email, and chat.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Recruitment or customer service experience supporting U.S. clients preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
